Gathering at the University of Wisconsin, circa 1930s. Amelia Frank is the lovely young lady dead center in the second row. The individual in the light suit front row is Warren Weaver then of the Rockefeller Foundation. The individual with a cigar to the right of him in the photo is probably Gregor Wentzel then at the University of Chicago.
