Abstract/Description:	Professor L. Holloway is inserting a newly developed sense amplifier into a multivator counter test unit. Beta particles from a radioactive source behind the unit are used to supply a stream of test particles. The object is to determine optimal parameters of various components of the counters which are used in elementary particle physics experiments.
