L-R: Dr. Edward Creutz, Director of the Laboratory; Prof. Niels Bohr of Denmark, who delivered the keynote address at the Laboratory dedication ceremony; and Dr. Donald Kerst, head of the General Dynamic's Fusion Research Program sponsored jointly by the Texas Atomic Energy Research Foundation and General Dynamics. The John Jay Hopkins Laboratory is the center of General Dynamics Corporation's General Atomic Division.
