Robintech circuit boards are used in the control circuits of the new 200 MeV (million electron volts) linear accelerator (LINAC) at Brookhaven National Laboratory. The LINAC is part of the 33 GeV (billion electrons volts) Alternating Gradient Synchrotron complex where protons are accelerated to just under the speed of light with up to 33 GeV of energy and then allowed to strike a target, from which emerges a host of sub-atomic particles which are studied by physicists., Credit Line: Photo courtesy Brookhaven National Laboratory.
